The winners of the Portrait Society of Atlanta Spring 2004 Exhibition were announced at the Spring Reception held at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Atlanta Gallery on Saturday, April 10, 2004.

Each exhibited work was evaluated by Juror Margaret Carter Baumgaertner, an internationally recognized portrait artist, and herself the recipient of many awards, including Best of Show in the Portrait Society of America’s 2000 Portrait Competition and inclusion in The Artists Magazine 1997 Competition among many others.
