A very limited number of vendor spaces are available due to the tremendous requests we receive each year.
As you all are very well aware that we sell out months before the event.
*Vendor Table includes -
(1) 8 ft. banquet size table, fully draped, tablecloth & 3 chairs .
one(1) vendor wristband for admission & two (2) assistant wristbands for admission per table.
*Additional wristbands for Admission to the event can be purchased with your vendor table at $15 each
1-Table - $150.00 ( $175.00 After Sept 1st) * also includes:1/4 pg b/w ad in the Program
2-Tables - $275.00 ( $300.00 After Sept 1st) * also includes:1/2 pg b/w ad in the Program
3-Tables - $400.00 ( $425.00 After Sept 1st) * also includes: Full pg b/w ad in the Program
Please send us the following items by -
September 1st, 2003
1) Payment for your vendor table(s), and additional wristbands if needed.
2) Artwork for your ad in the Dragonfest program.
a. We will need a CD plus a printed proof of the ad
b. Quark Express, Illustrator or Photoshop
c. 1/4 page - ( 3 3/8" in x 4 7/8" in )
1/2 page - ( 7" in x 4 7/8" in )
full page - ( 8" in x 10 7/8" in)
